Lepinja - Balkan pita bread, similar to focaccia; 

Gyro - Greek dish similar to shawarma & doner, mainly cooked with pork or chicken;

Tzatziki - strained yoghurt, usually mixed with cucumber; 

Cevapi or cevapcici - mince meat patties/sausages;

think of a kofta, but more of a burger flavour; addictive; kids just love them;

Ajvar - slow roasted red pepper relish, hot or mild.

Kajmak - similar to clotted cream or curd, salty and delicious.
